1. The service

CATCHPIK provides free downloadable creative resources (images, PSDs, vectors, wallpapers, prompts) and informational content. Downloads do not require an account.

2. License to use resources

Each resource page states its license. Unless stated otherwise, resources are free for personal and commercial use. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our files as standalone stock on other marketplaces.
• Claim our work as your own or remove attribution where the license requires it.
• Use resources in unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.

3. AI-generated content

Many visuals on CATCHPIK are AI-generated. They are provided "as is" — we do our best to ensure quality and originality, but we cannot guarantee that a similar image doesn't exist elsewhere, and purely AI-generated images may have limited copyright protection in some jurisdictions. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no scraping at disruptive rates, no attempts to breach security, and no uploading of content (uploads are restricted to administrators).

5. Intellectual property

The CATCHPIK name, logo and site design are our property. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, see our DMCA page for the takedown process.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or resources.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
